Want to know how NYC’s new-media elite get down? On the final day of our holiday dressing week, we follow social-media-lite Ashley Granata as she hits the holiday party for 36 Cooper, the office building home to Foursquare, Curbed and Hard Candy Shell. Ashley is no tech lightweight herself, having co-founded the excellent app and website Fashism.com last year at the age of 29. (Check out how she used Fashism to choose her party outfit here.)
The celebration — a who’s who of the digital and start-up community — was held at 7 Extra Place, the former basement of CBGB. Ashley rocks holiday tartan in our plaid Henrietta peplum dress, paired with textured tights and lace-up heels. Her glasses are a chic reminder that this beauty has brains, too.
