Restaurateur and hotelier Ben Pundole has made a cottage (literally) industry of setting up cool places in some of the country's coolest beach towns. He's the man behind not only The Surf Lodge and Ruschmeyer's in Montauk, but the new Tides Hotel in South Beach.
