There were plenty of haters when She & Him’s Volume One came out in 2008, people who believed that doe-eyed starlets should stick to what they’re good at. But the indie-pop duo composed of screen ingénue Zooey Deschanel and virtuoso guitar player M. Ward managed to gather a wave of indie cred with their debut cover album and have just sealed their place in our hearts with Volume Two, which comes out tomorrow.

Rugby gives a big “THX” to all of you out there who purchased Match Rugby shirts. The Match Fund has been so successful that we are able to make our first donations — and we want you to be a part of the process. In a collaboration with Teach for America, we’ve selected five organizations created by Teach For America alumni: The Generation Project, Girl Talk, Youth Organizing Urban Revitalization Systems, Transform America and Tipping Points Test Prep. The Match Rugby team will select one of these organizations to receive a $25,000 grant and a runner-up, who will receive a $15,000 grant.
