Miscellany
An amazing staff and a prime location straddling the Cow Hollow and Marina neighborhoods make every day an unofficial party in our San Francisco store. WHO WEARS IT BEST: The Wool Blend Striped Down Vest
Style
The beauty of the puffer vest is its versatility — toasty enough to warm you through all but the most dire moments of winter, it can be worn and layered with just about anything. Our wool-blend version has been de-puffed for less bulk and de-shined, for a more classic feel than Diddy's shiny '90s puffers. And as proven by our boys in Georgetown and Boston, this is an item that can be dressed up with bow ties or dressed down with buffalo check. Check out how our associates wear it after the jump and tell us who you think wears it best in the comments.

HOLIDAY 2009 COLLECTION VIDEO: Free Download of Black Magic
Music
Live on our homepage today, our new Holiday Collection video is soundtracked by Nashville fuzz-bomb Magic Wands, the distorted, snuggly result of two hopeless romantics making hopelessly romantic music. A couple onstage and off, Chris and Dexy Valentine (seriously. Valentine.) have a detached cool that’s a sharp contrast to their starkly amorous lyrics. Innocent puppy-love sentiments like “Meet me down by the soda machine/Show me now what our love means” are given a unique rock 'n' roll tint when filtered through brittle drum machines, suffocating guitar scuzz and their ubiquitous sunglasses.
We waved down Magic Wands to talk about the influence of Chuck Berry, their stuffed-lion band mascot and the pros and cons of sharing a hotel room with your tour manager (turns out it’s mostly cons). Download the song “Black Magic” and our Holiday Collection video, and get our interview with the band after the jump.
